Costs will be calculated according to the destination, weight, volume and characteristics of the order.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><b>2.- Geographical delivery area.<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b>Mainland Spain and EU (<b>Shipments outside the Mainland: <\/b>please contact us for shipping costs)<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><b>3.- Exchanges and returns.<\/b><\/p><p><b><\/b><b>3.1. Right of withdrawal<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">In accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations, the customer has a period of <b>14 calendar days from receipt of the order <\/b>to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide a reason, provided that the product meets the conditions established in this policy.<\/p><p class=\"p8\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision through the contact channel available on our website (email), indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.<\/p><p><b><\/b><b>3.2. Conditions for returning cosmetic products.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p8\">For reasons of <b>hygiene, safety and health protection<\/b>, cosmetic products must be returned:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b>Unopened.<\/li><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b>Unused and unhandled.<\/li><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b>With the security seal or packaging intact.<\/li><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b>In suitable condition for subsequent resale.<\/li><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b><b>Returns of cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed or used will not be accepted.<\/b><b><\/b><b><\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><b>3.3. Defective products or incorrect orders<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b>If the product received is defective, has been damaged during transport or does not correspond to the product ordered, the customer must contact us as soon as possible, indicating the order number and, where necessary, providing photographs of the product and\/or packaging.<\/li><li class=\"li4\"><b><\/b>Once the issue has been verified, the customer will be offered the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable regulations, including, where appropriate, replacement of the product or a refund.<\/li><\/ul><p><b><\/b><b>3.4.
